The initial sales rep I was working with did not seem to value my time and acted as if I was wasting his time asking questions to make sure the vehicle was the right fit for me. Once I found a vehicle I liked, I made an appointment with the original guy to sit down and make a deal, only for him to bail last minute, presumably to make a bigger sale. In my opinion, this is no way to treat your customers or build a reputation as a trustworthy dealership. I get that sales reps work on commissions, but if you set an appointment I expect it to be kept, not tossed aside for the next biggest fish. At that point, why even have appointments? That said, the sale was handed off to Jordan and he did a great job. Despite the vehicle being advertised at lower than MSRP (by a sister dealer), we had some lively exchange before agreeing on a number, but all things considered Jordan helped me get the vehicle for an extremely fair price and delivered to Fairbanks for free. He was great in helping navigate the paperwork and payment, and was overall a level-headed and nice guy. I’d recommend him to anyone!
