I had a great experience stopping by the GMC dealership for an oil change and was very pleased with the hospitality and edible service while I was there. They had plenty of refreshments stocked and loads of friendly staff available when I arrived at 7:35am; starting with my amazing service advisor, Grace Steele. Grace was wonderfully talented, and knew exactly what I needed every step of the way and almost before I knew I needed it. For instance, one of the first things she mentioned was that my 35lbs. dog could come in and sit with me while I wait. My dog is mostly a house dog and so was met by me with an insta-melted heart. Grace knew exactly what was most important to me during my service walk-in and delivered better than expected service, consistently thought my appointment until is was time to pick up my pickup and get on with my day, including a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast muffin. As my bombshell service advisor, Grace had no problem setting the tone of my visit immediately, and never wavered. She was very knowledgeable and quickly filled me in on my next scheduled maintenance appointment, details on my vehicle that mechanics would know, and any details I may have missed. Grace is a top-performer and I’m confident that she has been consistently at the top of her class throughout her career. GMC is the best dealership it can be in part because they have Grace Steele in their service department as an advisor. My visit was fun, comfortable, and exceptional in all the most important ways, and during my appointment, Grace lead the interaction with confidence, natural grace, and a captivating sense of humor and business acumen from start to finish. I came for my first express morning appointment and left feeling warm, fuzzy and confident in my choice of buying GMC. Thank you so much, Grace. We wanted to have running boards installed on our 2023 Silverado Pickup, so we looked at options in Fairbanks. There weren't many and when we compared prices and service, we chose Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks. Ordering the correct parts online was easy; we were pleased that a 25% discount was available and we had GMC reward points to use which saved on our costs. Having parts shipped to the dealership was hassle-free. Ginger answered our questions via phone and advised that we arrive when service opened, so that our wait would be minimal. We had excellent service the morning of installation and love the way the running boards look on the truck. We couldn't be more pleased with the installation and Ginger's service both via phone and at the dealership during installation. Kudo's to the installer who did a great job.

I had Grace as my service advisor and she was awesome. Kept me up to date and scheduled some warranty fixes that I didn’t know I needed. It takes a long time to get an appointment, but once you’re in, they get it fixed fairly quickly
