On our cross-country adventure all the way from Georgia, the turbocharger on my truck failed. Grace and the service department team got on our issue immediately and, although I had been told by many folks it may take a month for them to get the parts and get our truck fixed, Grace was able to get the part overnighted and the repair was done in one day, and the following day we were back on the road. Grace, Shana and Alex take such great care of me. I love that they double check any concerns I have and make sure to check all work that is done to my truck. That extra attention to detail and care is very important to me. They always let me know what my up coming service will be so its not a surprise. I also appreciate the techs doing a great job.
Mike in the Service Department has always been able to articulate recommendations and coordinated to get my four vehicles in and out during routine maintenance

I had an awesome experience with Chevrolet g m c. My associate was michael he really went out his way 110% He got me in a little bit earlier almost three weeks earlier Then, my scheduled appointment to get my module fixed. He had asked me to leave my truck for a few days Which I did. And within days I had a phone call my truck was ready Job, well done, thanks GMC.

It was great experience. I only brought my car there for a charger issues and they did a full inspection on the car and ended up doing my normal free oil change. Grace Steele made sure I got a ride to and from the dealership once I dropped my car off
