It was great experience. I only brought my car there for a charger issues and they did a full inspection on the car and ended up doing my normal free oil change. Grace Steele made sure I got a ride to and from the dealership once I dropped my car off

I am always impressed with the quality of work that is done by Lithia GMC Chevrolet of Fairbanks. In this particular instance, I had to bring in a car that urgently needed to be shipped out of state and the work was done quickly efficiently and I met the deadline that I was required with that vehicle thanks to the professionalism of the service team and their staff. had some issues with my truck that began early December...to begin with there was definitely some challenges with Communication and I had a high level of frustration but Ginger kept trying and then service manager Rick jumped in to help get things sorted out and get my truck home. I appreciate their willingness to listen and patience with me getting really frustrated.

I was a month into a bad car buying experience in the state when I met Carlos and he exceeded my expectations. I work hard for my money and I am particular.
