I had Grace as my service advisor and she was awesome. Kept me up to date and scheduled some warranty fixes that I didn’t know I needed. It takes a long time to get an appointment, but once you’re in, they get it fixed fairly quickly

I have the lifetime oil service for my 2016 Colorado. What a deal that has been as I go in twice a year. I was pleasantly surprised at the treatment and service I received at my recent appt. With service rep Ginger. I had some additional work needing done and Ginger was able to get me in for an appt soon. Work was done and much cheaper than I thought it would be. In my opinion, she went above and beyond with her help.
Sales was excellent. Have 700 miles on the truck and it’s low on coolant and power steering fluid. There are clearly no leaks but the service department needs to do better when they do their PDI’s and block heater installs

This dealership gave quite a runaround on a lease deal for my son who’s in the military and figuring out how to navigate Alaska winters. They changed terms up about four times after saying “can I earn your business if we agree to this…”. We walked the first night however the original salesperson we had worked with (who was not the one negotiating the deal) was able to make it happen the second day. I’ve always had excellent service here. Fortunately, my truck has only been in for service and/or recalls. Inspections are always thorough. Communication and updates have always been excellent.

Get my routine oil changes. I have always received friendly greeting from the service department. I try to aid them with the info they need as I respect their time as well. They finished my car maintenance early and was able to get back by on my lunch and pick up my car.

Exceptional
Trent with the service department has been absolutely phenomenal. Helped us get her car from Fairbanks to Anchorage to be worked on. The vehicle came out within a couple of days and then they held onto it for a week until we could get down to get it. I have nothing negative to say about Trent and the BMW dealership and look forward to working with them in the future.

On our cross-country adventure all the way from Georgia, the turbocharger on my truck failed. Grace and the service department team got on our issue immediately and, although I had been told by many folks it may take a month for them to get the parts and get our truck fixed, Grace was able to get the part overnighted and the repair was done in one day, and the following day we were back on the road. Grace, Shana and Alex take such great care of me. I love that they double check any concerns I have and make sure to check all work that is done to my truck. That extra attention to detail and care is very important to me. They always let me know what my up coming service will be so its not a surprise. I also appreciate the techs doing a great job.
